Hacking Question Titan One working for anyone else on latest clean/patched firmware?

Hi.

I have a Titan One. It's a USB device that allows non console controllers (i.e. PS4 controllers) to work on other consoles. I've used this on 3.0 with my PS4 controller and it had no issues. However, I used the guide to upgrade without fuses burning and when I insert it now, the OS crashes. Anyone else experience this issue?

Ask in their forums, maybe it requires a new FW update?

I have CronusMax which doesn't support switch, it's upcoming on their upcoming new device only .
