Hacking [Tip] For N3DS Japan users who need tLoZOoT3D (JAP)

Alright! I'm going to Japan at the end of the month and I want to pick up a n3ds while I'm there. So, if I have a Gateway card already (a friend gave it to me after he got a new sky 3ds), I just need a new 3ds that is below 9.4 and a physical copy of a Japanese version of OOT? Correct? Is there any special version of OOT I should be looking for? Are all of them compatible for Japanese systems? Thanks.

Not quite. The 3DS, New or otherwise, must be running firmware 9.2.0 or lower, if you want to use a Gateway 3DS with it, or KARL.
