This is highly unlikely (especially the "near future" part). The Switch is emulating the GameCube/Wii video hardware, so they can do whatever they want in terms of how accurate (or inaccurate) they want to be to the real hardware, e.g. with resolution enhancements. On Wii U, Wii (and via Nintendont, GameCube) software runs on what is essentially the Wii hardware, which means it has all of the limitations of the real hardware, plus some extra ones, just for kicks.probally in a near future the sunshine and galaxy can be run on WIIU using the widescreen and resolution uprade like nintendo use to swtich?
To get the kind of enhancements Nintendo includes in Super Mario 3D All-Stars, someone would need to develop a whole new approach to running GameCube/Wii software, in Wii U mode instead of the legacy Wii mode, whether that means decompiled native ports (ala the Super Mario 64 homebrew port), or some kind of full or partial emulation system (ala Super Mario 3D All-Stars). Either of those options is a massive undertaking and are not likely any time soon. With things the way they are now, the best you can really hope for is a mod to the Switch Sunshine build to run it at 480p, which would allow widescreen support, but not high definition support as seen on Switch.
