Hey!

I wanted to build an Arcade Cabinet, and I still don't know what kind of PC should I have in it, Now the games I wanted to emulate range from Sega Genisis to PS3/Xbox 360 and some newly released fighting games like Guilty Gear Strive or Mortal Kombat 11, Games would be running at 1080p - 60Hz.

Any recommendations regarding the PC hardware would be helpful. :)

Try a Ryzen 5 3600 with a RTX 3060. Should emulate PS3 fine with 16 GB of ram. I really dont recommend using retroarch as its very glitchy after the first setup, try https://www.gameex.com/

Glitchy.. only as far as PSP's Killzone Liberation for me. But with a few tweeks [even though I didn't know wtf I was doing] got it to run a bit more smooth. And that was the only game that needed attention as far as Retroarch.

There is a YouTuber named ETA PRIME who uploads videos about tiny emulator PCs every day, I suggest looking at his channel for some ideas:

Retroarch is..... kinda bad for what hes going for as its has issues with the UI and steam intergration and ive had problems loading cores themselfs. https://www.launchbox-app.com/ is a good choice for his as he wants steam integration and its a bit more stable.
