Thinking of Doing Aikido

Hey people im thinking of taking aikido and im just wondering if anyone here on gbatemp has ever done it or tried it ect. If you have could you give me some of your views on Aikido.

I have practiced Aikido for almost 20 years ... I took it to counterpoint my boxing skills ...

I like it, it's worked well for me ...

I've never taken anything of the sort, but I'd love to have the chance to study a martial art of any kind--go for it

20 years .... wow thats long must go well with boxing since aikido is about countering the attakcing force of the attacker. I guess il go for it
