Hacking Thinking of buying but updated to 9.9.0-26E

Would the
9.8.0-25R4i SDHC 3DS RTS card still work with this update, I assume not, but is there software out there that I could add to the card to make it work with this update for the 3DS XL?

Nintendo has stopped blocking DS flashcarts quite awhile ago. Only 3 titles (depending on what region firmware you have) were updated in 9.9. For USA, Home Menu was updated. All other regions didn't update Home Menu

All regions for 9.9 (that I'm aware of) updated CVER, NVER, and the web browser (and home menu if you have USA firmware). In order for a DS flashcart to get blocked, there would have had to been an update to TWL_FIRM or the DS Cart Whitelist (or both in some cases). Which there hasn't been in quite awhile. (9.8 updated Home Menu, CVer, NS, and mint (eShop applet))

So if that flashcart advertizes it works with 9.7, it will work on 9.8 and 9.9.

Thanks for the quick reply! it's advertised as 9.8.0-25R4i SDHC 3DS RTS so I should be fine! I'm UK based as well if that makes any difference.
