If you have done the complete softmii guide, then you probably did a File System Dump, wich is a backup or your NAND's data, wich is all you need to backup...!!

I didn't follow the softmii guide, though.
Just used some tutorials I found with Google.

EDIT:
OK I found out the file is called 00000072.app on NTSC Wiis

I tried copying 72.app to my sdcard, but it said "File cannot be written"

I used the Softmii NAND browser

EDIT:
Nevermind, tried it again and it copied successfully
