Hardware Think my SD card is fading...

I got a 2 gig SD card and yeah, after months of use, its starting to have errors whenever I run it through an Imagemate and I modify files on it, it generally causes the entire computer to crash, for my other SD card everythings fine.

It also acts like it isn't inserted every other 20 seconds or so....

My 1 gig is completely fine, both are SanDisk official Wii SD cards.

Pretty sure the memory is just wearing out but I dunno.

? is it no name brand?

other than that try formatting it over and over till it is fixed

I haven't heard of memory cards fading, but I've heard of them overheating and then just not working from the heat. Have you noticed if it gets real hot? If it is really hot then its most likely bad now. I've heard you can put them in the freezer and they'll work fine until they get hot again! LOL. Just a thought! You have the official Sandisk Wii 2gb doing this? I was actually thinking of picking one of those up, hmmm.
