Bought the Pokémon Scarlet DLC. Just felt like playing Scarlet again. Also been dealing with Amazon for a couple of days now because the Ugreen charger and USB cables for it still show that it hasn't been shipped. So far, it was supposed to be delivered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and now today, but it still hasn't been shipped, and the customer representative says it's just a glitch and it shows that it's "going to be delivered today."

Well, this one is opened (and I’m currently sipping on that glass as I type this) only because my wife found a bottle on sale for just under ¥104,000, and I recently received the delivery. I swear the hands that brewed this stuff were guided by the hands of God, and the bottle was kissed by the virgin Mary. If you have the means financially, I highly recommend it. For reference, the regular non-vintage bottle of this is about as good as a 15 year Macallan. I've been saving this for special occasions, but I now have an unopened bottle of it.

Tiny little 1:64 RC car thing. Lego Orc Boy for scale.

GORKAMORKA!

Honestly I'm really impressed with this thing. Die cast metal body, which is nice. LED headlights and brake lights (that turn off when you drive forward), Li-ion battery, USB charging, runtime "up to" an hour on one charge (I remember when 60 seconds was the norm... good times). It has three speed settings (the percentage button on the remote toggles through the speeds), the slowest one is slow enough so you can drive on the desk without yeeting it off the side, the fastest one is pretty friggin' fast for such a little thing. And the best part is, the remote has a 20 meter range. Not that impressive in the greater scheme of things but I remember when 3 meters was the norm. Good times. And 20 meters is plenty for this thing because at that distance you can barely see the car any more because it's so smol.

And it's €9  I remember when*** *fades out into senile rambling*

It's been a while since I said what I bought there, so:

Bambulab A1 + lots of filaments. I recently got back into 3D printing and I decided to upgrade from an Ender 3 I bought like two years ago to a Bambulab during black friday. Huge steps up.

I also bought myself a flashcard for my Snes. This one was one of those purchases I bought out of curiosity, and to try and get myself to use my Snes more. It's not bad, but for the price I paid it it does what it has to do.

Next one is TLOU Part 2 for the PS5. This one was for sale so I just said "Why not?" and got it. And yes, I eat my finger/fingernails A LOT when I'm stressed/anxious. Which happens fairly often.

Last but not least: another Black Friday deal. This one took almost two weeks because they lost my package but it eventually came. Can't wait to play this!

I plan to! But I'd like to hand it over to a friend so she can learn 3D printing as well. Otherwise, I may repurpose it, get a bigger nozzle and use it to print vases or big things that don't need huge precision.
Great, Thinking about friends is the best thing on the world, if any time you are willing to sell it, do not hesitate to let me to know.

Finally got my BattlerGC Pro yesterday!

Feels pretty great in hand. Button feel matches the GameCube reasonably well, with a much nicer D-Pad. Triggers are a little weird with a clicky keyboard switch triggering on bottom out (works like the OG GameCube triggers when in GC mode) but all in all I'm really happy.

I gooooooot……..

An e-Reader! And it even came loaded with Donkey Kong Jr, what a bargain!! Honestly is a little painful how much more expensive the US version is compared to the JP one, but the cards are region locked annoyingly…

Also doesn’t work in my Analogue Pocket OR consolised GBA due to the bulk of it…….. Oh well, it’s cool lol

I've had the 12 year. As well as the 12 year Hakushu. And both were fantastic. Nikka Coffey Still was a more affordable but also excellent Japanese whiskey I've tried recently (generally though, not a big fan of Nikka stuff).

Some not good news, my wife sent me a photo a few days ago she found online of Yamazaki being available now at Costco. And, it's "Distiller's Reserve" i.e. sounds good to the masses, but to those who know it's a big step down from their traditional age-statement whiskys.

And FWIW, the Ardbeg Uigeadail puts them all to shame anyway.
