they will never know having to keep your laptop running 20hrs for one game and your mother wondering why there's been no phone calls

or having to copy a game from one cassette to another

I wish I could have done laptop school. Dear god do I wish I could have done laptop school, instead of regular school. I'm super jealous as fuck of my brother, because he does laptop school in middle school.

I remember going to school at 20f weather, and having to take a bus, I hated it.

I know it's a bit off topic.

  • Back in my day, we had good music, many genres and one would be able to enjoy it for what it was and not for who was aimed to.
I can't get on board with that one. I'm 49 on Oct 30th and there is TONS and TONS and TONS of outstanding music out there. The difference is that the good stuff doesn't get pushed by the media anymore. You have to actively seek it out nowadays, but it's there. TONS of it. It's never gone away. :)

they will never know the pain of the cd burn failing
they will never know the pain of having to wait for a game to load
they will never know physical games
they will never know the pain of your favorite cassette getting jammed in your walkman
the thing is games load longer on newer consoles
