Not to mention here, the foetus is not legally recognized before 22 weeks if I remember right. If the law doesn't recognize it yet, it can't really be legally a murder.

I know but Belgium changed it 2 3 months because there has been official studies that showed it started to feel and think for itself meaning being conscious of itself.
