Hacking There's an homebrew able to emulate other 3DS regions without changing the system?

I'm wondering if exist a method to give other users(online server included)the aspect of my 3ds as if it is of another country and not it's native status
Or change region is the only way to do that effectively?

I know,but the point is not to launch foreign titles on a generic 3DS.The main purpose was to hide online your actual region through an homebrew or similar and appear as if you're from another country/3ds of another region(EUR-US-JPN)any of them is fine.

If not I belive the only and correct way is to do a region change of che console

Why do that? To what end? End goal being?

The goal would be to take access to restricted zone contents who are not available in your country and/or compatible with your 3ds region but without have to change the 3ds region at the root

Have you even tried playing out-of-region games any before? You can easily access everything there is to access without region changing or anything as long as you have a CFW with region-free patching (like Luma). Unless you specifically want to download DLCs through other region's eshop, you don't have to do anything more than loading up the game. For example on my EU 2DS I can play US/JPN games onlines, with all DLCs and whatnot without the slightest issue.

Sure it does not break that as doing that will break eshop access for good so don't know about other services if it does too
