Hacking There's a possible way to transfer NNID to region-changed 3DS? How do I transfer TWL-related data?

Is there any possible way to transfer NNID to region-changed 3DS? I transferred movable.sed, LocalFriendCodeSeed_A, rand_seed, SecureInfo_A, everything in data except <ID0>/sysdata/000200C5, and everything on SD card. I also installed tickets from that 3ds key site and extracted tickets w/ FunKeyCIA from my old 3DS. Is there anything else I need to do? Or it's impossible to use NNID related functions?

How do I transfer TWL-related data? Data Management shows blocks used but it won't show anything "There is no data accessible by this system" or similar.

Edit: I found a workaround for the TWL related data: just transfer to SD first using System Management on source console, then transfer back to NAND on target console using System Management. DON'T JUST COPY ALL THE TWLN FILES FROM ONE CONSOLE TO OTHER USING GODMODE9; IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY. If you did that way, mount a NAND backup in GodMode9 and transfer TWLN back.

You can't get on the eshop with a region changed 3ds, not to criticize but this seems kinda.. pointless.

I see, well.. I'm not sure to be honest.. I don't think region changed consoles can play nice with nintendo's servers.'

injecting my old eu nnidsave.bin results in me getting logged out of the nnid which is awesome, since i don't use the eshop anyway it's better for me to be logged out then logged in on the wrong nnid so i'm happy, my friendlist also shows my correct mii now again, so injecting other region nnid's results on getting all the nnid settings reseted, yay =)

Okay, looks like I can't link my NNID to other system even after I do a system format on old 3DS. "The Nintendo Network ID linked to this system can't be linked to other systems in the Nintendo 3DS family. If you want to link the ID to another system, you must perform a system transfer."

I wonder if it's possible to spoof the CTCert or deviceID so that I can use my existing NNID on other system without system transfer or calling Nintendo. Also I could use eShop. I'll wait for the scene to develop…

I'm thinking of releasing a zero-key movable.sed so "cia installing" is much easier, as all you have to do is install the ticket then drag the content in "Nintendo 3DS" folder over. You can use UHS-2 speed from computer ⇒ SD, and the only slow part is installing tickets from 3DS!!! It would be even better if SD content was not encrypted, but hey, 0-key is better than nothing.

The binding to a nnid and a console Id is server side. So even when you clone a foreign nand to a new system you will be logged out on the new console and can't log in to access store/online services.

Only ways to untie the bound is to perform a system Transfer/system Format while online/call Nintendo.

I did a manual system transfer from a new3ds to a new3ds back then which was very tricky to do to restore my nnid.

I think yifanlu partially-reversed CARDBOARD... I think he just used workarounds to transfer NNID, and never reverse-engineered the NNID-transfer stuff.

I think if we could figure out what the 3DS is transferring to the server, maybe we could replicate those requests on another device to unlink/link NNID.

The requests won't work across two regions because of the pre installed titles (3D movie, flip note, etc). They are of the "wrong" region so the server returns an error.
