When something is wrong with the release, it gets "nuked" so someone can release a proper working version. In this case the release was nuked because of an audio error. Sometimes releases get nuked for minor things and groups know that it will so they do a "internal" release.

Also now that the xvid is out, the DVDR should be hitting soon after. I rather wait for that.

Is this the one about the mafia or something? I might grab it. BTW for those looking for the best Rambo release, that would be Rambo IV REAL PROPER R5 xVID-UNiVERSAL so far (just has a few audio issues, weird noises in places but is all in sync - incredible film).
