There a simple way to turn DVD back ups into playable games on a JTAG/RGH?

I have a binder of back ups that when I insert into the 360, give a (please insert into a XBOX 360) message/video.

When I open these in Xexmenu, I just get the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders, not an archive of the games files. Is there a way I can take these back ups and pull the files from them?

What I would do is rip them on a PC then ftp them to the Xbox.

If you have the hardware - flash the DVD drive (if it's a lite on, find the DVD key with xell for less pain in the ass-ness

If not, burned 360 games can be ripped with Xbox Backup Creator with any drive - use Image Explorer and extract root (you can ditch $systemupdate), run the XEX directly
Alternatively, do the same but rip the entire copy and run ISO2GOD if you want it like that.
