Hacking Theme bug with emunand Gateway Ultra

EmuNand GW3D 9.4.0-21E

On Sys Nand:
No theme installed, Standard Theme selcted

On Emu Nand:
A Theme installed and selected

Bug:
1.)Go into emunand
2.)Start Super Smash Bros 3DS
3.)press home
4.)select Settings
5.)confirm quitting Smash Bros
6.)shutdown 2DS
7.)start 2DS

did you unlink ur sysnand and emunand?

edit: it is every start like this.
But if i use random theme, it starts normaly
