There are few options I'd choose from this list, but I voted for "those ignorant n00bs" because there is nothing as bad as someone who's asking a question answered 1000 times because of his own laziness, and in the end doesn't want to listen to given advice!

The F5's for sure. People on the internet seem to refresh to see if anyone responded to their query about 10 times a minute, if "internet inexperienced" people that I know in real life are any indicator.
If there's anything that the ignorant noobs are doing that's actually harmful to the site, it's constantly refreshing the page. Sorry, but asking the same question a million times doesn't hurt anyone, it's just annoying. Hitting F5 10 times a minute makes the site slow as hell (at least here lately it has been) and that's actually harmful.
