First of all, never spam the board just because you have a problem and you want people to help you solve it. It annoys people and simply shows that you're some impatient immature kid.
Step by step solution:
1. Google for solution.
2. Use solution.
3. ???
4. Profit!
Seriously. Lots of people have got this problem and made topics about it before.
Of course, I don't really think you'll bother to google, so I have a second method.
Second method:
1. Start up game and get to the intro movie part.
2. As soon as it starts, close your DS. As in, put it to sleep mode.
3. Wait 1-2 seconds and open your DS.
4. Wait another 1-2 seconds and close your DS again.
5. Repeat step 3 to 4 until the intro movie ends.
6. Continue playing.
If that doesn't work, there's even a third method!
Third method:
1. See the navigation bar at the top? Click on the downloads button.
2. On the left, there's a column. Click search files.
3. Enter "TWEWY" or "the world ends with you" into the name. You and attempt other names if want. Category is view all.
4. Find the save file for you to use. Should preferably be made by a Acekard flashcart.
5. Take note that you'll miss the first day.
6. Put save file in the same folder as your rom.
7. Play.
