No no. I read your post and I removed the EXEFS file then it went back to 832x468 instead of my 640x468 like you said. So thats good.
Thing now is, I have reverseNX which I want to use, and somehow 956x536 res is not being active?
This thread is now cluttered with too many unnecessary questions. No offense to the others. No wonder why OP is upset. Guys, read it carefully. Even the hex editing part is very easy. Everything was laid out carefully by the OP. Best we can do is just read it and try to figure it out first. Do a trial and error. Anyway, been enjoying playing it now using 972 x 548 manual resolution plus tweaking the enhanced settings mod to my liking and I get a sweet 40 - 50 fps with OC at max and resolution ain't that bad. Still very crisp with the right settings. We're viewing it in handheld after all.
Questions like will max OC damage your Switch or what not.. seriously, you can reply here so definitely you have internet. Why not check on Youtube. A lot of people dicussed this already even Digital Foundry.

seem that's the 60fps exefs file doing that too, I haven tested it with docked flag. So, if you want lowest 540p, use that dynamic resolution override setting

Of course it will be blurrier if you have used 60 FPS mod. Because more power needs to generate 60 frames, game will stay at the bottom of dynamic resolution more often.
This is not a place to ask those questions.
nope, if you target 60fps you cant get high resolution, if you force 720p. Even maitain 30fps is troublesome
How do you access this options menu? I have followed every step in the tutorial. sys-clk settings, ReverseNX settings, changed hex values etc...
However every time I start game, I only have two options available. Motion Blur and Blur.
What am I doing wrong?
Anyone here knows what's the best resolution to play handheld mode with OC to 537 without charging the switch? Been fiddling with the settings for a few days and still coulldn't get the sweet spot.

and you might did one thing wrong, that was download TW3-DR then edit the exefs. did you know what's puppose of doing that? if you knew what you were doing it's fine then

DON'T OC higher than 460mhz without a charger, it might kill your battery fast.
and by default game already running at 460mhz yet still struggling for 30fps. Only thing you can do is OC RAM, you'll get a bit smoother FPS when running around some areas in openworld.
This mod is suppose to be used with high OC - which you shouldn't do without a charger and the better thermal paste

This by far is the best i have tried. Looks great and pretty much 30 fps all the time. It is perfect for what i want. I use docked clock speeds.
I don't think it's 30fps most time, I didn't test locked 720p but when I test with docked clocks it drops under 720p pretty much all time and hardly reach 720p when moving, the Dev have lowest 540p dynamic res in docked mode for a reason

If you didn't use the mod that show fps/resolution you might mistake 30fps with ~27fps (yeah I might not know when it running constant ~27fps before using that mod because game still feel smooth)
with power supply I come to ~ 55 fps.
Once I deduct it only at ~ 30fps.

That is not locked 720p. It only allows it to drop to a certain resolution. Works great for me. Also i am using the fps counter. It is not perfect 30 fps at all times but pretty close 95% of the time for me.

Once you unplug your charger the clocks will drop. It can only go to 460 without charger im pretty sure.
