Many are claiming that the Wii U is dead since the NX's release date announcement of March 2017. They are wrong. Their are still some fun Wii U games coming out this year, (Mighty No.9, Paper Mario Color Splash,Lost Reavers, etc.) Plus, the Wii U is still being supported, and is still full of plenty of fun first party titles. Another problem is that people automatically claim that the Wii U is dead as soon as a new console is revealed. The NX doesn't even come out for another year, and I imagine that the Wii U will still be supported for awhile after the NX's release. For example, the Wii's online function was supported until a year after the Wii U's release. Well, tHat's just my opinion on the matter. Also, no Xbox/Plastation fans who hate Nintendo allowed in the comments.
