I'm trying to attach a theme I have created to a new post and get this message. The zip file is 2.9MB. Is it possible for the maximum attachment size to be increased so themes can be uploaded?

It is unlikely that it will happen, mainly as GBAtemp's partner/sister site http://filetrip.net/ exists for just this reason.
