"The Thing: Remastered" gets a shadowdropped release alongside a brand new trailer
The original "The Thing" videogame released for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and PCs back in 2002 has received a brand new remaster courtesy of Nightdive Studios.
The original game served as a sequel to the highly acclaimed horror film "The Thing" from 1982 with Kurt Russell , following the story after the ending of the movie with a U.S. Special Forces rescue team sent to investigate the disappearance of the research team on an Antarctica base.

Some of the new features for this remaster include:

- Remastered graphics, textures and 3D models
- Antialiasing
- Per Pixel Lighting
