So far, this has happened to me in more games than I thought.

Aero The Acro-Bat
Super Turrican
Super Star Wars: Return of The Jedi
Pac-In-Time
Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures (it happens in stage 2, from what I've heard)
Wario's Woods (The music sounds distorted, the sound plays fine)

The only games I got sound bug fixes for, were TMNT4 and Zombies Ate My Neighbors. I cannot find any of them for the other games. I have no idea how to patch the sound issues where the game making crackling sounds during gameplay.

It may be just a bug in either the ROM or the emulator (likely that) itself, not the application.
Really I tried Aero The Acro-Bat on SNES9X and it had no sound issues. Some of these games have been patched. I've seen them on *some websites* and even downloaded them.

Illinois is working to ban toxic food additives that have been banned for decades in other countries; additives that can be replaced and all those countries still have Skittles and Mountain Dew. Title of the piece: GUBMINT WANTS TO TAKE AWAY YOUR CANDY

@Veho, Sounds and smells like bullshit. They don't give you cancer, and California should know that. I don't get why they stick labels that say "may or may not cause reproductive harm or cancer".

Arsenic doesn't give you cancer either.
