Hacking The <serialnumber>.Nand.bin isn't there except the sha one.

I was following the guide, however, as soon I got to step 4, I only have the sha instead of the bin. I look up on google but isn't what I'm looking for based on the results. Is there a way to get the bin so that way I'll be good on the road?
