Actually the problem is (was) the images on the top right of the portal, which can be changed to anything (including non-https), unlike the other images which are created by the portal itself.

Let's Encrypt only launches half way in November, though.
We could probably keep using our current cert for the main site, but it may be useful for the Wiki, FileTrip etc.

Chrome, Web of Trust, and Norton Security say this site is safe, and my firewall isn't acting up.

Maybe it's something on your end?
