Homebrew The problem entering b9stool screen on japanese 11.8 update via DSiWare game

There goes a problem when starting a japanese DSiWare game タッチで漫才! メガミの笑壺DL (I have japanese region and this game is compatible for booting b9stool) the booting system is frozen in white screen and I can't proceed anyway. I tried doing everything correctly and being accurate to install cfw. I would appreciate any help from you guys)

So I updated the latest b9stool but still the problem isn't gone. I rechecked the guide and I've got another question

2. Launch b9sTool by starting your DSiWare game

• You may need to load further into the game so it loads the modified save file

So what did they mean by that?
