I know but there was an issue with the health screen itself.
But it's included in the package, maybe it will work on other wii's.

My friend would LOVE to have this theme for his Wii. Only problem is your theme is in PAL. We're NTSC users. me personally, I don't fancy changing my Wii menu but i cant wait to tell him about this when i see him tomorrow.

No, there's a little diffrence between PAL en NTSC, but if you install a PAL on a NTSC it WILL work, but you won't get the healthscreen.
E: Can a MOD change the title to PAL AND NTSC 3.2?

You CAN use this theme on 4.0, just download the 4.0 of your region app file
