The PC Gaming Show and Future Games Show will be taking place next month

E3 2022 is canceled, but that doesn't mean the show won't still go on, technically. Much like what has gone on in the last couple of years, other smaller showcases will still take place, with the two most recently announced ones being the PC Gaming Show and the Future Games Show. Last year, we saw an absolute ton of indie games announced at both, alongside some gameplay reveals from smaller publishers. The Future Games Show will return on June 11th, at 12:00 pm PT, while the PC Gaming Show will kick off the day after, on June 12th at 12:30 pm PT.

only Sony, Nintendo and Xbox Showcases matters
I very much agree, although I only follow Xbox for gamepass games, and I never have any clue whether Nintendo will actually announce something I'm interested in. At any rate, I'm just chugging away on my PC gaming backlog hoping something interesting will be announced by those three (especially Nintendo).

Well, having a PC Gaming Show could be beneficial to fans of the Big Three! If enough attention is given to the PC Gaming Show, it may signal for Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony to hold their shows there as well. I personally miss the unity and hype of multiple platforms having showcases in one event

I think Persona 4 PC port was announced at a PC gaming show. That's the only thing I can remember from the PC gaming show. lol
I went back through all the years that I've covering the PC Gaming Show, and the only halfway decent reveals I found were the final content update for Terraria, P4G for PC, lots of SEGA games (Yakuza, shining, valkyria) coming to PC, and Xcom 2. Everything else is re-reveals and indies.

These aren't big shows that people should lose their minds over, but supplemental reveals to what's happening during the whole E3 week. Is it boring? Kind of, but I appreciate that they have a show at all.

If it's not a Nintendo Direct or a FE Direct... Then sorry, count me out.
You know, I watched Nintendo Directs religiously, but after Iwata passed away, it just wasn't the same.

Feels too corporate now than someone doing who knows his audience and does it friendly.

I agree, but Nintendo's presentations have become really boring to watch.

I miss Iwata and Reggie. :(

Nintendo has changed and not necessarily for the better.

ikr?
I mean, Iwata really was the best, while Furukawa is just... absent...
We just never see him anywhere
Look at his google image page, you'll see like 10 pics of him max all over the page

Furukuwa is a business man all over

While Iwata, like he himself said, on his business card, he's a CEO
In his mind, he's a game developper
But in his heart, he's a gamer

R.I.P. Iwata, we really miss you :'(

Iwata give us the Gold age of Nintendo, Furukawa give us Ports 60$ each
