Hacking the only way to get 9.2 after 10.4 Update?

been asking about the new downgrade?




Every system can be hacked, For those who have 10.5 you guys have to just wait.
be passion guys there will be a method to downgrade your 10.4(5) 3DS or you can just
buy a new one.

going through a downgrade is risky, I don't prefer buying above 9.2 to just downgrade it.
