Gaming The Official Wii Fit Experiment kick off!

It ’s been 1 year and 2 months since I finished my Wii Sports Experiment, where I lost 9lbs., BMI went down two points, 3 inches off my waist, lower heart rate and more. After the experiment I received international media attention. I received an advance copy of the US Wii Fit from Nintendo this week and I'm kicking off my new experiment.

After a few days already, I can tell there are going to be some pretty impressive results.

I'm hoping I can get my local gym to teach a "Wii Fit" class, haha

Yeah, I can tell already that it focuses a lot on strength training as well, so hopefully any extra muscle mass I get will help burn even more calories. stay tuned.

Sounds great I'd love to know the results, the wife is really interested in trying out Wiifit for getting some exercise.

Does anybody know if they are going to be selling the Wiifit board separate from the game?

I have seen people on various forums say that they have already purchased the boards separately from the game, but I have yet to see a retailer who is selling them like that ...

I read your wii sport experiment quite a while ago. Never knew you were a GBATemp'er though.
