I recommend deleting the older HD Texture pack that was originally uploaded and downloading this Reupload.

Install:
Download the latest Pcsx2 nightly build (v1.7.2404 +).
Extract the folder to the pcsx2 texture folder (...\Pcsx2\textures\SLUS-20860\replacements)
Config > Graphics Settings > Advanced tab:
Load Texture: ON / Async Texture Loading: ON

Issues:
1. The button combos in the Combo Menu show up as the original color of the ps2 buttons
I've found a workaround for this and have just added Text to the buttons in that menu specifically
so it's a huge fix that i can probably implement in future packs!
Thanks to Solid Snack for giving me a solution to this issue.

Creator Notes:
Unlike the TimeSplitters pack, you will definitely be able to use both the Xbox Button Texture Pack with the HD Texture Pack.

You passed the cupscale texture pack after that process you have to convert it back to png so that the images are transparent

After using cupscale I use the XnConvert program so that the pngs have transparency again.

in xnconvert you configure it like this:
in file name you leave it blank so that it stays with the name of the files and you configure it in png

For some reason after doing that it's turned the file size from about 500ish MB to around 7.7GB??
Not sure if that's normal or not..?

Nevermind, got it all sorted out and also cleaned up alot of the files.

The HD Texture pack has been Reuploaded
Fixing any previous issues such as Transparency.
If you have the original HD Pack downloaded,
Download the reupload instead and use that.

Solo renombra el nombre de la carpeta a SLES-53192, no todas las texturas serán compatibles pero la mayoria si, en varios juegos puedes hacer este método de cambiar el nombre de la carpeta para que funcione en la version que quieras, pero en algunos juegos no funcionara, pero solo es cuestion de ir probando.
