Suggestion The Meme Box Notification

Hiya!

I was wondering, it would be pretty cool to get a notification when your meme gets 5 or more likes and gets published in the meme box.

Would that be possible? If not, not a big deal in the first place, I just thought it would be interesting, similarly how threads that get xp give you a notification.

Note that if the Meme Box was hidden, it shouldn't give a notification, since you barely care about it.

If the meme box is hidden I doubt someone would submit memes so I don't think anything special needs to be done about that case :)
