the legend of zelda spirit tracks without buttons on train

Hello, I am quite new to the topic of roms and I recently downloaded a zelda spirit tracks rom, I run it in twilight menu and when I get to the train the buttons to control it do not appear, could someone help me?

Not entirely sure, I thought Twilight Menu had the antipiracy patches built in. Maybe check if there's a setting related to disabling those?
