Is it just me, or is Zelda really ugly in this game ?

And yes, clearly that girl in the trailer is Zelda.

She is definitely different, but I think "ugly" is a bit of a stretch.
(Those braids of hers remind me of Jack Sparrow)

I noticed throughout the trailer, Link would either have no shield, a wooden one, or the Hylian Shield. Design on the wooden one is semi-interesting.

I've just started to get into this series. After playing Twilight Princess on Wii and with all the hype concerning ocarina of time; it may look like i'm getting this as well.

This game looks amazing. I'm loving the cell shading. I think windwaker was the best looking zelda game ever, but this seems to have be similar to windwaker and twilight princess.

Topic: I didn't notice that until you brought it up, and I agree with you, Link looks like he had a botox injection! Lol, I believe in an "Iwata Talks" feature, one of the Skyward sword designers stated he wanted to make Link more handsome to appeal to girls and thus encourage more sales.

I'm just slightly horrified they used a girl Justin Bieber as an artistic inspiration!

xD I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually. I even thought Link was kinda weird looking in Twilight too
