did you make sure your rom was format .z64 before renaming to .bin
if you can find a way to unpack, replace and repack. I'll give you credit cause ive tried everythingso this just replaces an existing 3d all star install right? what if we change the title id of a new copy of the nsp or xci and use the stock base for this mod and then 3d all stars with a new ID?
thinking more about this - maybe we just need a custom application that will do a simple rename.if you can find a way to unpack, replace and repack. I'll give you credit cause ive tried everything
Maybe an application like simple mod manager?thinking more about this - maybe we just need a custom application that will do a simple rename.
rename the folder to something else to boot Mario, rename it to default to boot Zelda?
Was thinking about that. Ha ha ha
that might be the easy solution just a matter of getting it to configure. Was thinking about that. Ha ha ha
seems easy enough, I'll play with it and probably make it the official v1.5 releasethat might be the easy solution just a matter of getting it to configure.
i'm not versed in Switch programming but i'd prefer a 3d all stars launcher
app boots
select 3d all stars or zelda
app changes the folder structure and loads the game on the fly
yeah, that was way easier than I thought it was gonna be. Mainly just a file structure. I took a screenshot but it didnt capture the tesla menu. But yeah it works GREAT and will be the next v1.5 and will REQUIRE a "FRESH INSTALL" but not to worry as your saves will still be saved lolthat might be the easy solution just a matter of getting it to configure.

exactly. I made it this way for easier use of both games. Super Mario All-Stars and Zelda. The Icons & Graphics are only cosmetics and doesnt really matter if enabled or disabled. As for the zelda games whatever you have enabled will work while whats disabled will not and will launch the original Mario games. This way people are able to once again play Galaxy without issues and without have to delete any folders.tested 1.5 and it works perfectly fine. thanks again man!
one question regarding mod configuration, do I have to enable all 4 mods for it to work or could I, for example, enable oot while disabling all else? would I be able to play oot if I launch mario 64? I'm assuming the icon and style mod only applies to the selection menu and it doesn't really matter if it is enabled or not for games to launch
