if you want numbers just delete System folder in data_tc

Thanks for doing this! I just started a new game and with 1.7.2 and 1.7.3 the main character names and some quartz name are in Chinese as well. I tried 1.7 and it's fine. I'm guessing it has to do with the HP/EP/CP update?

Edit: map/area names are in Chinese as well.
