Don't remember ever reading that Disgaea 5 had a demo on the Japanese eShop but figured I'd look it up and there it was. The demo is pretty much the same one as the Western version except it offers the original Japanese audio instead of the English dub.
The title screen isn't "Disgaea 5: Complete" but as below:
Between the Japanese audio track and the English dub, I think I'll be playing the game dubbed in English. The English voice-cast sounds amazing and to the likes of Funimation dubs so you know you're getting a quality dub.
I can't wait for the release of it Disgaea 5 has become rather an addicting game to play even though I've never played Disgaea 1-4.
