Oh, here's a small change that could be made: I renamed cannonball.game to OutRun.game and it still runs just fine, but now it links up to the database i believe.

also i think i got rid of prboom.wad entirely, bcause DOOM1.wad and DOOM2.wad already link up with the DOS database nicely? As far as i can tell prboom.wad isn't necessary in any folder, but try it yourself and if you can't make it work i'll have to investigate my own setup a bit more

Also, might i make a case for the skip regex being altered slightly? I would recommend it be changed to ((dis[ck]|tape|side|track)[ _-][b-l2-9])|(disc)[2-9]. The current one is ((dis[ck]|tape|side|track)[ _-]?[b-z2-9])
That's a configuration for WFL, not the plugins pack. Just edit SD:/apps/wiiflow/wiiflow_lite.ini if you have differnt needs.
Since the code implementing the matching as well as the regex is written by me, at least my collection contains files that match the last part of the regex :D

Yes, for my own personal use I had done this previously as well. The pack is a foundation for all end users and my setup is/was quite different for personal taste. I have slowly migrated my structure with the pack layout to avoid mistakes and confusion.

Particularly the ROMS and boxcovers folders are vastly diferrent to suit my preferences.

@RunningSnakes

So my friend @pedro702 noticed that on official Wii64 1.3 a setting for audio has been removed, causing only to be selectable 1 and 2 (and not 0), causing the booping audio issues.

So i managed to add a fix to this problem basing in @FIX94's fork, by adding again the 0 option of LimitVIs, in order for fix those audio issues, and i'm compiling it right now.

Could you please test this again when I publish it? Thanks ;)

@RunningSnakes

So in my Beta3 i noticed that there are some game speed issues causing by a implementation of some code.
I've reverted that in my latest Beta4 (this will the last release of my WiiFlow MOD for a while).

The changelog and some hints for fix yourself the booping audio issue can be read here: https://gbatemp.net/posts/9781633

@SaulFabre

tried these settings in the settings.cfg file and they all work without audio distortion and normal speed
wii64-glN64
wii64-Rice
LimitVIs = 1

wii64-glN64-wiivc
wii64-Rice-wiivc
LimitVIs = 0

YEah i modified my wiiflow_lite.ini, and i noticed that's one of the files that only exists after I "build" my folder (I now have a bunch of batch and python scripts that compiles everything from base folders, so i can keep track of how im modifying different pieces of the build and post those changes wherever they may be relevant). I didn't know if thre's a way to chang the regex that gets generated or not, but presumably, you could just include an appropriately modified wiiflow_lite.ini in the plugins build? I have included that in a separate folder for Building the SD so that every fresh build of the SD boots up in rhapsodii shima with coverflow enabled and gamecube partition set to SD.

-Wii64
-RetroArch SuperGrafx
-PCE/TG16 edits/fixes
-Other minor changes
@RunningSnakes
does this V8 update include my latest Beta4 of my Wii64 1.3 WiiFlow MOD?
if yes, what type of dols did you use for both glN64 and Rice plugins?

thanks for this update of the WF Plugins Pack! :)

@SaulFabre

I updated both wii64-glN64 and wii64-RICE to beta4
@RunningSnakes

About that, my friend @pedro702 noticed that some games (such Super Smash Bros.) have some static booping audio issues when on Wii64 1.3.
And since my mod is based on Wii64 1.3 it also has this problem (at least on original Wii dols).

But @pedro702 told me that it's better use the WiiVC dols, since we can get rid of that static audio issue by using the LimitVIs=0 setting on the settings.cfg file but without suffering of the game speed issues (some games running out of max framerate).

Could you update again your V8 with the WiiVC dols instead of the regular ones please?
(WiiVC dols will still work on regular Wii by the way, and also have support for Wii U GamePad)

Thanks :)

Done. Both VC dols are what is being distributed/used in the pack Update:)

I've only really dabbled with Not64. I tried these Wii64 dol included in this pack and was astounded by the better performance for some of the glitchier games.

Goldeneye 007, Pilotwings 64 and especially Bangai-O all run far better on Wii64_Rice than Not64.

Hey my peoples of the temp,

I have some random backgrounds/icons/small covers that i had put together for my personal setup (which might be a little ridiculous) but figured I would drop them here, as I was putting together a background for Pokemon Mini anyway. I don't have @Tetsuo Shima 's templates, but i remade them the best i could. Maybe these will be useful for someone.

Also, i re-sized the pokemon mini covers by @chrondelta and sent them to @AdamCatalyst
