Grim Fandango is still not supported with ScummVM 2.8.1 and after testing further (10-12 games) this release has no issues with cursor now. Unfortunately, other new issues have surfaced...compressed audio (.bun) files are no longer supported, so although games can still be played with these compressed files there is obviously no audio. Blade Runner and others will code dump if D-Pad down/right is pressed.

I did test the latest "Daily" release and those mentioned issues still exist. In other words, the reliable 2.2.0 (November 04, 2019) release will not be replaced which is not a bad thing since it does run very well.

Hello friends, i have some good news to share. I have been testing the latest release of ScummVM for Wii (2.8.1) and it seems the cursor issue has been finally fixed without a workaround.

If you were not aware, the version included in the WFL plugins pack is quite outdated (2.2.0 nightly release) since it was the last know version to work properly for the Wii. Hopefully with more testing and good results this latest release can replace what we have.

If any of you reading this can test any games you have and post results, it would be very appreciated and helpful. Up to tis point, i have been testing outside of WFL but will start testing through WFL knowing the cursor disappearing issue seems to be fixed.

Hello my friends. I honestly believe we have reached time. Time is a friend and foe which places things in order, it is what we are.

I believe what is included in the latest pack is Gold, no issues to speak. So, i have decided to rename the plugins pack to "Complete". There will be no confusion of what was being accomplished and evidently done.

I have to thank @Tetsuo Shima for starting this project and the foundation, @fledge68 for WFL, @Okko @SaulFabre @matto21 @cheloruiz79

In the near days, the final WFL plugins pack will be released with a different title "Complete" and this will be be my last release.

WiiFlow Lite Plugins pack has now been Complete. Only a few updates were included in the final release...Not64, WiiStation Alt., mGBA fix.

I included my themes in the main download link because they are very good and easy access.

@cheloruiz79 MAME bezels will always be available and my SS-Hexaeco bezels as well.

The Extras download will be taken down very soon (before the new year arrives), so get it before it is gone.

Thanks to everyone, long live the Wii and keep using WiiFlow Lite my friends.

One more thing i would like to mention, since March 01 of this year 2024, there have been over 12,500 downloads of this WFL plugins pack, and since i have maintained the awesome idea @Tetsuo Shima created, nearly 33,000 downloads. Crazy...

Also a few adds to the RhapShima Themes if you have already downloaded either/both...

You are referring to updating the complete plugins pack to your existing SD card correct? If this is the case, simply remove/delete the wiiflow/plugins folder then drag and drop the final release wiiflow/plugins folder to your SD. Then copy & replace the wiiflow/plugins_data folder to make sure it is updated. That should do it!

The Extras download content hasn't been changed for some time, so if you installed that in the past there is no need to update/replace those files.

I have not used the extras before, even though I have the latest Plugins Pack before this one.
So I will follow your instructions and then just drag and drop the extras.
It can be a pain the arse to get all those executable for 90s videogames, so I am taking advantage of your extras pack.

Yes, you are correct, the mGBA standalone plugin is not compatible with USB. The last mGBA release that is compatible is 0.61 which is included in the "COPY_TO_USB/wiiflow/plugins" folder. Rename the mgba061.dol to mgba.dol and drop into the USB:/wiiflow/plugins folder and overwrite if/when prompted. Now you should be golden.

mGBA just got updated release version 0.10.4 yesterday so Im gonna try out that release and test between vba-gx to see which is better.
