Hi,
So i recently joined the 3ds scene, after days and days reading forums to understand (partially) how everything work, i have some question about Hans since Smea released the source code.
- Is there some teams working on improving its compatibility with new games ?
- What are the reasons of a game incompatibility ?

This is just curiosity, i just love to understand how the things i use works

(PS. sorry for my bad english)

ATM, apparently only Smealum is working on, in despite of HANS is open source right now: https://github.com/smealum/HANS. And, reasons for game incompatibility could be (in my opinion) some lack of RAM ammount or new protection/encryption methods implemented on new released games (but really IDK).

Do you think those issues can be patched ? Or is it an impossible thing to do ? Like a the moment, finding a kernel exploit on >9.2

Homebrewers don't have access to all of the 3ds RAM just yet, that's why. Got to wait for Smealum to update the haxs to allow more RAM.

Ho i see, so if Hans doesn't work with games like MHcross it's because it needs more ram.
Thank you for the answer
You're welcome. I found out though smealum's twitter. Before hax 2.5 came out he said that there will be more RAM available with 2.5. We have access to most of it I think.
