The disadvantage of Gateway Ultra 3.0 is the dependent of the website to boot into Gateway mode. What happen 5, 10, 15 years from now when there is no website to boot into Gateway mode or if the websites are down temporary or permanently?

But I agree, it is a disadvantage in a way, since you have to be connected to a wifi and load the webpage every time, it's not as simple as a permanently installed exploit. However, on the plus side, the web browser loads faster than system settings, so depending on how long it takes to connect to a wifi (and if you have it already set up or not) it can be faster to launch the new exploit than the old one.
Wrong. That's not the disadvantage of Ultra 3.0. It's a disadvantage of having a system firmware higher than 4.5.
I think in 5 or 10 years, we'll have 3DS emulators that work perfectly.

Actually, Gateway 9.2 does use 1 of the combination of 4 exploits that Ninjhax uses. One of the reasons Smealum is releasing more information about his exploits now is, thanks to Gateway, these remaining parts of the exploits will now be fixed by Nintendo.
The best thing to do is downgrade if you can. No more reliance on the browser.
If I understand it correctly it's because the code needed from the website to trigger the exploit is saved into the Cubic Ninja saveslot the first time you use it. Therefore you can do it offline after that.
