The Card in This Month's Game Informer

I found what looks like a Kid Icarus Uprising playing card in my Game Informer this month. Is it a 3DS AR card, some kind of collectible out of a set, or....?

Kid Icarus: Uprising has an AR Card Battle mode, and you scan two of those cards (facing each other) while in that mode to see a battle. I preordered the game earlier and got a pack of 10 (a friend also gave me a pack of 10 he got at GDC). So yeah; apparently you can unlock in-game idols after some battles with these cards.

That's the card I have, too.

Yeah, I got Power of Flight as well from GI. I think it's because the card art is the ad's art. Matches up, ya know.

But I have found 2 little booster packs (one a friend got from GDC for me and the other I got at Gamestop when I preordered the game), and those are random. Not a single duplicate either. Apparently, these packs of 10 are given out for various promotions that'll continue through April and into May; the packs even have an extra card that describes what they are with the name "Promotional Pack" so there ya go.
