If you missed out on The Amazing Spider-Man or just want the full experience on a Nintendo console then you are in luck. You get the free roaming not found on the Nintendo systems, all the dlc , and specific features and controls for this version. Amazing!

    I am glad I didn't buy it for the 3ds. ^_^

...Because the demand for this movie tie-in port was so great?

Apparently enough to port it to a new console.

I really wanted to play this game but apparently the PC version had a bunch of issues, therefore I never bought it. Maybe if I was getting a Wii-U I'd buy this.

Eh, from what I've heard, there's nothing all that amazing (nor spectacular) about this Spider-Man.

If you want a great Spider-Man game, you're better off sticking with Spider-Man 2 or Ultimate Spider-Man, which should be pretty cheap now. Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions was pretty good, too.

My second favorite free-roaming spider-man game. Spider-man 2 being the first. Only wish the game was longer. Traded it in after 3 weeks of ownership. Only the Rhino and Stan Lee DLC was out at the time and from reading they weren't worth buying. I had no clue two other DLCs were going to be released. Will buy again for the PS3 once it gets a decent price drop (20 dollars or less).

Meh, it was a really disposable game, I mean it was hardly as much fun as Spider-Man 2, Ultimate Spider-Man. Even Shattered Dimensions was more interesting than this boring effort.

Anyone buying a Wii U who can't already get this version wouldn't have this on their "to get" list.

I'm pretty tired of spiderman getting rebooted in all media outside of comics. Is it really that hard to stick with one version of the guy and let it grow from there? I mean come on what was wrong with dimensions and edge of time? Or any of the games before THAT reboot. >_>

May as well not even bother and wait for a reboot that looks interesting again.

Played most of the DS spiderman games and the demo for the 3DS one, didn't really like any of them except for Web of Shadows.
