Sadly, one of my friends was lost after they believed that the unfinished Black 1 translation would work for White 2, and the Pokemon Conquest AP patch would fix White 2's AP. They called me to ask why the AP patch and translation wasn't working, so as I walked them through it I found out what they were doing wrong and had to sacrifice them so GBAtemp wouldn't burn them at the stake for being so stupid about it.
