the 3DS support exFAT or just FAT32 ?

    just got new SD card ( 64 GB ) and it was formatted in exFAT

    should i reformat it as FAT32 ?

    Are you using it for a gateway 3ds, sky3ds, or custom firmware?

    custom firmware
    it's an SD card, not micro SD

    Yep, FAT32 then.3DS can't read exfat itself.

    You need it to be Fat32 if you're using it in the system.

    ok , there is no option in SD formatter or windows to format as fat32

    any other program ?

    I've always used Minitool Partition Wizard, the free version works fine ^^
