Hacking Terms of agreement

Whenever I try to agree term and conditions, it say's WiiConnect24 and Wii Shop Channel service are currently not being offered, how do I fix this? I am on the latest update 4.2. I used Wiiscu 0.23 to update.

install the eula for your region (00010008-48414XX) where xx is your region. since you are from usa, make it 45. you also need to make sure you have the correct IOS for it, but unless you are an idiot who deletes random stuff, you should already have it.

Maybe your country is set to one that actually doesn't have wiiconnect24 support... It's so for Turkey for example... Changing country setting will fix that...

yeah ^ that too. i got a wii fixed by nintendo and when they set it up, they had just set a random country for my wii. i had to set it to usa myself.

I'm from uk, that location setting is wrong don't know how to change it
