Homebrew Temporarily transferring 3DS micro SD card files with CFW

So I'm in need of a large micro SD card temporarily to transfer some files. I was wondering whether I could temporarily remove the files from my SD card on my 3DS and use the "empty" one to quickly transfer some files and then once done return the files back to the SD card. I have it so that A9LH will run without an SD card right now. Many thanks.

You can uninstall games if you need more space and re-install them later.

Sorry should have made myself more clear. I mean completely temporarily removing the files for a whole different purpose then pasting the contents of my sd card back

You can just copy/paste everything from one SD card to the to other.
