Looking for a "Slot-2" GBA flash card. preferably one that has RTC and GBA capabilities.

if not, just suggest away. I really like the EZ-III (despite its painful learning curve and seemingly not lasing very long.)

The M3 Real bundle which has the gba expansion pack, they recently upgraded their exp pack to have RTC with the release of the M3 Real.

That might be a nice option to look into, you can also get the M3 gba expansion pack seperately, though you will need the M3 Real to use it. A hidden requirement.

I'm not sure if M3 is the answer, due to the reviews and being exlusive to M3. I want something that can stand alone, work with GBA, have RTC AND have decent compatablity with R4 (not needed)

M3 GBA Expansion Pack is supported by GBA ExpLoader, making it compatible with any Slot-1 device supporting DLDI Homebrew. Only enhanced features, such as real-time save and in-game reset are limited to the M3 Slot-1 due to patching. These features are also missing on competing expansions.
RTC is supported by M3 GBA Expansion Pack with every Slot-1, and it is the only Slot-2 Expansion to support it (however there are standalone cards which do, as well).

your information is outdated. The new M3 gba expansion pack has RTC and is now incompatible with gba exploader, even with the gba exploader patch. The M3 G.E.P. ONLY works right now with the M3 Real.

From what I can tell, there has been 4 revisions of the board and I only have 2 of them.

The current version of the board is marked with nds-exgba4A.

There is not many options left to us for something with RTC. It is almost to the point where we can give up or keep fixing what we got.
You can try ic2005 website, it says they still have those left, has both RTC, RTS and RTCC:

Get ya self a supercard slot 2 old but dam great can take up to 4 gig sd card (NON SDHC)

Atm im loving my supercard sd with a 4 gig fat formated non SDHC card,with flashme installed it can play ds stuff as well what more can you want from slot 2 eh? a pizza??

Thought I read before that the supercard slot 2 wasn't great for playing GBA roms. Something about the type of memory it used??

Supercard slot 2 devices have slow RAM for GBA games I think.

Yes some slow down can happen at times its not that big a deal though as most roms run perfectly.........

I have an M3 perfect and it's the best all around GBA card. I just got a EZ-Flash III on ebay. I like having RTS and cheats.
