Today, we'll be looking at DailyWeather - A Temper who was always considered "bad" in the meta.
DailyWeather is normally seen posting what the weather will be.
So overall, DailyWeather is decent. He does not deserve the terrible reputation he has in the meta for sure. He's good as a support character. If he is the only member of his team, he is complete and utter shit.
DailyWeather is: C Tier

DailyWeather's Stats
- 10 ATTACK - Pretty much awful. He can barely do any damage
- 20 SPEED - In terms of just plain running and attacking, he's just a normal human. Aka not very fast.
- 10 DEFENSE - He can't really survive STRONG hits
- 100 SPECIAL - 1 AMAZING ability and 1 get out of jail free card that we'll discuss soon
Bad Things About DailyWeather
- His Attack, Speed and Defense. If he's alone, and an enemy shows up he is pretty much dead
- Outside of his 2 abilities that we'll discuss soon, he can't really do that much
Good Things About DailyWeather
- He has the ability to change the weather every 30 minutes, and oh man is that one of the best abilities in the META. He can make it hot, rainy, cold, ANYTHING he wants (except if it'll kill him)
- He can summon a cloud that lasts for 30 seconds every 10 minutes. It travels at 50KM/h and is pretty much his get out of jail free card. It can carry 5 people. It *can* last longer, but every 10 seconds increase the time needed to use his Weather changing ability by 10 minutes.
So overall, DailyWeather is decent. He does not deserve the terrible reputation he has in the meta for sure. He's good as a support character. If he is the only member of his team, he is complete and utter shit.
