Family sharing works just fine on the Switch. Whatever Evelyn buys on her Switch using her own profile, her daughter Arwen is able to play on her own profile too. Evely bought the Splatoon 2 DLC, and Arwen also got it. Anyone who plays on the system that the games were bought for are able to play the games.
Yeah but I am talking about more like what the ps4 has. We have two ps4s and can play the games together even if we bought them only once by making one system the primary for my account, then I log out she logs in, and I log into the other system. It basically give you two uses at the same time with a purchase online.
For the Switch if I buy a game on her system it can only be used on that system without some massive changes. It can only be run by one of us at a time. So we have to figure out who buys what and who gets it on what system and you can't mix and match. She got Zelda and Mario and I got Xenosaga 2 and if she wants to play mario and I want to play zelda we are boned. Stuff like that is silly in the current market (ie what ps4 and xbox offer).
So it really gets me going. Anyhow, not what the thread is about so...maybe not worth going into.

It's not a CFW install. The CFW is not perm. It needs to be re-ran with the dongle every hard reboot.
True but I saw something saying you need a license for each switch that you run the CFW on. Not sure how that works but figure on first install it pulls a mac address or something and won't work on a second switch...is that not right?
